The negative conductors consist of 8-gauge Silver Plated 6N OFC Copper. The use of copper was necessary due to the fact it is 8-gauge in size and heavily Silver plated. The conductors are bare wire so they can come in direct contact with the damping materials added to the large outer jacket. These damping materials consist of copper shot and reactive ceramic beads.
The positive conductors for the Graphene Matrix V2.0 loudspeaker cables are the same as those for the “Hot” conductor of our Matrix V2.0 Power Cords. We start out with bare stranded 10-gauge 6N OFC Copper that is heavily Silver Plated and weave 64,000 strands of Toray Carbon Fiber into the wire. This is covered in a Matrix of 30-gauge wire and the whole conductor is flooded with Aqueous Graphene. This is then placed in a vacuum to remove oxygen and force the Graphene to fill any voids in the conductor. The final conductor is now placed in a Teflon tube and this tube is surrounded by a mix of raw Aluminum particles and ceramic microspheres.
We highly recommend spades as a termination. In fact, we will come right out and say if you choose bananas, it will compromise the sound of the Graphene Matrix V2.0 loudspeaker cables. Yes, they are that revealing. We have searched everywhere for “invisible” bananas but have grown to believe they do not exist. We can do bananas but please do spades. Our spades are made of Oxygen Free Copper and are direct Gold plated for best sound.
The result is a cable that simply “disappears”. Graphene Matrix V2.0 sets new standards for transparency and neutrality, only surpassed by the technical tour de force that is Graphene Lumniscate.
